What are the program levels?
There are two levels for merchants to choose from: TCeasy
50 and TCeasy 100. Both include hosting, 25 gift cards and
a starter kit, TCeasy 50 includes
up to 50 transactions/month and TCeasy 100 includes up to 100
transactions/month.
How do I set up a merchant?
Complete the TCeasy application and submit it to TenderCard™.
What else do I need to do?
The program download is ready within 24 hours. You install
it into the merchant’s equipment.
How does a merchant pay for the program?
Setup is free except for shipping and handling. The monthly
fee is ACH’d from the merchant’s account by TenderCard.
Can merchants pick their own starter card?
Yes, merchants are given five options for their card design.
What’s in a Starter Kit?
Starter gift cards, gift card envelopes, a point of purchase
display stand, window decals, a program quick reference guide
and a product catalog with reorder from.
Are custom cards available?
Yes, our complete Product Catalog comes with the initial
order. A full description of each product is available in this
catalog.
How
does the online reporting work?
Merchants can view secure, real-time reports 24/7 by logging
onto this site under the “Merchant Login” section.
How does the reorder process work?
Merchants reorder directly from us or go through you; it’s
your choice. Either way, you earn the same.
