Are custom cards available?
Yes, we offer three styles of gift cards designed to meet
any merchant’s needs: 1color
pre designed, 1color
custom and 4color
custom. A full description of each is
available under the “Cards” section of this
website.
How long do cards take to print?
4color custom cards ship in 10-15 business days from proof
approval. All other cards ship in 3-5 business days from
proof approval.
Do I have to order more cards than I want?
No, TenderCard offers the smallest minimum order sizes available.
Our minimum order for 1color pre designed and 1color custom
cards is 100 cards. Our minimum order for 4color custom
cards is 250 cards. Plus, you can order cards in any quantity
you want above the minimum; you’re not stuck ordering
500 cards when all you wanted was 300.
How will I promote my gift cards?
Most merchants purchase what we call a Starter
Kit that includes
gift cards, gift card envelopes, a point of purchase display
stand, window decals, a terminal quick reference guide
and a product catalog.
How do I track my monthly transactions and card usage?
You will receive detailed monthly statements. You can also
view comprehensive, real time reports 24/7 on this secure
website under the merchant
login section.
How does the reorder process work?
You can reorder directly from us or go through your sales
agent it’s your choice.
Are the cards reloadable?
Yes, and they last for years.
