There are two levels to choose from: TCeasy 50 and TCeasy 100.
Both include hosting, 25 gift cards and a starter
kit, TCeasy
50 includes up to 50 transactions/month and TCeasy 100 includes
up to 100 transactions/month.
Can I pick my own starter card?
Yes, you pick the card design, card color, ink and font style
for your order.
How long will it take for my cards to arrive?
Your cards will be deployed within 3-5 business days of approval.
How will I promote my gift cards?
This program includes a Starter Kit which contains gift cards,
gift card envelopes, a point of purchase display stand, window
decals, a terminal quick reference guide and a product catalog.
Are custom cards available?
Yes, a complete Product
Catalog comes with your initial order,
allowing you to choose 1color
pre-designed, 1color
custom or 4color
custom cards. A full description of each is available

How do I track my monthly transactions and card usage?
You will receive detailed monthly statements. You can also
view comprehensive, real time reports 24/7 on this secure
website under the merchant
login section.
How does the reorder process work?
Reorder directly from TenderCard or go through your sales agent;
it’s your choice.
What if I go over my monthly transaction limit?
All transactions over the monthly limit are subject to an additional
transaction fee.
